Erie Fund Financial Services is a subsidiary of Lewis Commercial Services LLC.

We provide alternative and niche commercial real estate funding products usually not available through conventional commercial real estate lending companies, such as senior debt for development, construction and rehab projects incorporating C-PACE funds, leasehold first mortgages as well as ground lease capital and advisory services.

Erie Fund Financial Services has access to many equity investors who look to deploy capital for experienced developers in a wide array of project types. Preferred Equity, Joint Venture Equity and Mezzanine loans are available
for projects requiring at least $10mm in Equity from outside sources. Access to Co GP, development partners and property operators and management companies is also available.

Ground Lease Capital and Advisory

Erie Fund Financial Services has capital for first leasehold mortgage situations as well as Ground Lease Advisory Services.
